Our PU foaming machine equipment would be configured based on high, medium and low density foaming formula. This sponge production line equipment can produce British and US Standard High Rebound&Slow Rebound Sponge, Mattress Sponge, Shoe Material Sponge, Bra Sponge, European Plastic Resistant Sponge, etc. Yellowing resistance can reach 3-5 international standard class, hardness class with the range of 200-2000, add powder between the range of 10%-200%, produced sponge density range from 6-180. We can customize the foaming equipment based on customer's actual situation and needs.

The equipment integrates a stainless steel construction, a 40HP drive system, patented mixing technology optimized for CaCo₃, Italian high-pressure PTFE-lined valves, and automatic pressure safeguards.

Flat platform for monitoring sponge maturation and flatness during foaming process. Facilitates handling of 50-meter sponge sections.
