The production line features a precisely engineered foaming control platform (3.0m × 2.5m × 0.55m) that serves as the nerve center for operations. The drying tunnel assembly consists of an adjustable alighting-board (7m length with 1.2-2.4m width range plus 1.5m pendulum extension), complemented by a substantial side chain board (21m × 2.4m × 1.25m) and robust support frame (21m × 4m × 3m). The integrated conveyor system spans 21m × 2.6m × 0.8m, while the precision cutting unit features a 2.5m width × 1.3m height single blade configuration, ensuring clean, consistent cuts throughout continuous production cycles.
