Steel blank of saw blade

The factory has its own steel blank production workshop, which can accept special-shaped product customization (including base size, appearance, tooth shape, middle hole, etc.).

Steel Blank Type:

1. Normal Steel Blank: 65Mn steel is used, which has the advantages of high hardness, good hardenability, less decarburization tendency, and good machinability.

2. Silent Steel Blank: The steel sheet + copper sheet composite process can effectively reduce the noise generated by the saw blade during cutting.


Applicable Equipment

The products can be applied to a variety of cutting equipment: bridge cutting machines, hand push cutting machines, infrared cutting machines, five-axis cutting machines and hand saws and other stone processing equipment.


Packaging and Shipping

1. Diamond saw blade packed in plastic film to prevent rust and oxidationï¼›

2. Each blade packed in a white blank box. Box can print customers logoï¼›

3. 5/10 pcs packed in a kraft paper box tightly with packing tape;

4. Wrap film around the outer box.

Precautions

1. The operator needs to wear protective equipment such as protective glasses and protective masks.

2. The marble cut blade must be installed in the optional direction indicated . It is not allowed to work in reverse direction.

3. Continuous work may cause the edge to collapse.Do please discontinuous use the blade and add some water to it when it is needed.

4. Do not curve cutting.
