(2)Question: Will the paint fade from being in the sun?

Answer: The paint has lightened to more of a light orange than the darker orange it was. It is

mostly in the sun and I leave it out year round so I did expect some fading

(3)Question: Is there a hole in the bottom I can place a stake through? 

I want to place on the end of my dock. I don't want it to be blown off into the water.

Answer: No, there is no hole in the bottom. But, all you have to do, is buy a product called Flex Seal, IT WILL STAY THERE FOREVER!
